COUNSELING |
|
Individual, family, and marriage counseling are offered to all adoptive
families. Adoption Preparation counseling is encouraged for all families who have
signed an Intent to Adopt with TN DCS but have not yet finalized. Counseling
services are provided by masters level
therapists, and are free of charge to families who meet
TN ASAP Program admission criteria (including adoption prep).
Fees for all other families are based on a sliding scale. |

FAMILY GROUPS |
|
Families and individuals meet together to enjoy each other's company, learn from
each other and from professionals, support each other through difficulties,
and celebrate joys at our Adoptive Family Groups. Groups currently meet monthly
in Memphis and Jackson. For more

EDUCATION AND CONNECTION |

We are passionate about educating individuals,
families, groups, and communities about the unique joys and
challenges of adoption. Our goal
is to increase opportunities for positive, nurturing experiences in
adoptive families by facilitating the growth of adoption-informed support networks.

ADVOCACY |

Advocating for children and families is one of our primary goals.
Our Staff members are consistently
and effectively advocating at local, regional, state, and federal levels
while teaching, supporting, and empowering others
to do the same.
